At Love Soul Choir, we’ve always been proud of our bespoke song arrangements. Whilst our public performances are full of high energy vocals, epic dance moves, and big stages, there’s a massive amount of behind the scenes work that goes into making Love Soul Choir sound the way we do before we even hit the rehearsal room.
Right now, we are deep in the creative workflow preparing for 2027. It takes months of planning, recording, and polishing, but we are well on our way to creating some special song arrangements for next year. Here is a sneak peek into how the magic happens.
100% Bespoke, 100% Dan 🎹
We don’t do standard, off the shelf choir arrangements here. Every single song arrangement you may hear Love Soul Choir perform is completely bespoke, arranged from scratch by our Choir Leader; Dan Cooper.
Dan spends many hours working on choosing the right songs, considering our current repertoire and what may be in the pipeline too. When asked, he says: “It’s just a feeling. I hear a song and just know it’s the right song for Love Soul Choir perform. I don’t know why but I just get a gut feeling!”. Dan’s vocal arrangements are the secret sauce that gives Love Soul Choir its distinct, powerful and impressive sound.
The Dream Team in the Studio 🎙️
Once the songs are decided, it’s time to bring them to life so that members can actually learn them. Dan heads into the studio to record the guide tracks, but he doesn’t do it alone.
He teams up with the incredible Jenni Monday – who you may know as the powerhouse lead singer of Salisbury’s favourite party band, The Deloreons. Together, Dan and Jenni spend time tracking every harmony line.

Commercial Standard, For Our Members 🎛️
We want our members’ to have access to the highest quality content. This means that when practicing at home, the experience feels like members listening to a real album. That’s why we don’t just settle for rough voice notes.
Dan uses Logic Pro to produce, edit, and mix the guide tracks to a professional, commercial standard. Once they are perfectly polished, they get uploaded to the members’ area.
Whether members practicing in the car, the shower, or out on a walk, they’re getting top tier, crystal clear audio to help nail the parts.
10 New Songs on the Horizon 🤫
The big question is: What are we singing?
We are currently working on 10 brand new songs ready to add to our repertoire in 2027. We’re keeping the song list tightly under wraps for now, but trust us, it’s a brilliant mix of massive tunes that will audiences will LOVE.
The big reveal will happen at our End of Year presentation session in December 2026. That’s when the secrets out and the hype for 2027 officially begins!
