It’s that time of the year again and we’re bursting with excitement. November and December are always packed with performances and this year is no exception.

On Thursday night (13th November), we travelled to Winchester to perform as part of their Christmas Lights Switch On event. We had a fantastic time and were honoured to be invited to be back of the event by Winchester BID. It’s always a pleasure to catch up with the amazing team at Slick Events who make performing so easy too.

As we arrived, the high street was buzzing with people watching the performers on stage. The festive atmosphere was already in the air. We headed to the backstage space in Winchester Guildhall where the choir gathered. 

Despite a bit of rain, we made our way to the stage.  We managed to squeeze over 40 Love Soul Choir members into a marquee, which was a lot of fun. Dan, our choir leader, captured the moment on his Instagram Reel.

We then took to the stage for a 20-minute set of music, including the debut of ‘The Power of Love’ for 2026. We absolutely love performing this song and it always captivates audiences. Our epic arrangement seems to work every time.

We endedour set with our rendition of ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday’, complete with snow being blasted over the audience. It always adds to the festive spirit.

The audience was buzzing after our performance and we’ve received fantastic feedback from both the audience and the organisers.

This event kicked off our 2026 festive season and we’re thrilled about it.

This week we’re performing at a Christmas party for a local charity before heading to Moors Valley Wimborne and Lyndhurst towards the end of the month.  We’ll be part of Wimborne & Lyndhurst’s  Christmas Lights Switch On events and also spend a day performing at the Ideal Home Show in London before the month ends. 

In December we’ll be performing at Haskins in Ferndown Westbourne and Bournemouth. We’ll also be providing entertainment for Carnival Plc’s Christmas Party and guests at Rhinefield House Hotel.

And that’s not all! We have a performance at John Lewis & Partners in Southampton, Southampton University Hospital and our very own ‘Winter Show’.

It’s always so much fun and this year is shaping up to be just as exciting. We’d love to see you at one of our performances soon.
