10th December 2017. Imagine a busy shopping day in John Lewis, Southampton. Little did the shoppers know that 300 singers were just about to surprise them. We’d been learning ‘Golden Slumbers’ (originally by the Beatles but covered by Elbow for the 2017 John Lewis advert) over the past few weeks… ready for this moment. I started the song (whilst holding a cuddly toy Moz) until the whole of Love Soul Choir, Sing Now Choir & SingForce joined me. It was very emotional, lovely and we even had a proposal happen at the end. The video has received some great feedback.
